3 Loafs of White Bread
4 (big) chicken breasts (skinless + boneless)
2(medium or big) carrots
1 onion (shredded)
4 spoons of mustard, parsely and scallions
Small jar of maionese
- Cook the chicken breast till very soft ( add salt and 1 cube of chicken bourlion + garlic while cooking) – Drain it.
- Use a hand mixer to shred the chicken into a bowl, (makes your job a lot easier).
- Peel and shred the carrots.
- Combine chicken + carrots, mustard, herbs onion, half of the maionese. Put aside.
- Take the edges of the bread(use white part only) Place in a tray or cookie sheet and make layers of bread, chicken misture, bread + chicken. The last layor will be bread. Spread the rest of the maionese and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Keep covered with foil and place in fridge till you are ready to serve.
- You can decorate it however you wish, with carrots, tomatoes or use you own creativity…
