1 Goya Chicken Bouillon Cube<br />
1 packet Sazon Goya without Annatto<br />
1/4 lb. smoked ham, diced<br />
1 Small onion, chopped<br />
1 clove garlic, minced<br />
1 Medium carrot, diced<br />
Add Salt &amp; Pepper to Taste<br />
6 Cups of Water</p>
<p>Sort and rinse peas. In a 6 to 8 quart pot, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until peas are tender. Add more hot water if necessary. Top with croutons, chives and pieces of bacon, if desired.</p>
<p>Serves 6 people</p>

<li>3 Eggs</li>
<li>Half a can of Nestle Table Cream (find at publix)</li>
<li>1 Can of Condensed Milk</li>
<li>300grams of milk chocolate half bitter</li>
<li>2 Soup spoons of sugar</li>
</ul>
<p>Beat the whites and set them aside.</p>
<p>Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (meaning place chocolate in a pan that will fit into another pan that already has hot water in it, that way you will get inderect heat coming and melting your chocolate). Set it aside.</p>
<p>Beat the yoke with sugar until they all turn white. Add the condensed milk and the table cream and beat a little more.</p>
<p>Carefully mix the melted chocolate and then add the white you had set aside.</p>
<p>Place in fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.</p>
<p>You will then have your Chocolate Mouse Supreme. Enjoy.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman;">3 Loafs of White Bread</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman;">4 (big) chicken breasts (skinless + boneless)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman;">2(medium or big) carrots</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman;">1 onion (shredded)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman;">4 spoons of mustard, parsely and scallions</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman;">Small jar of maionese </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman;"></p>
<ul>
<li class="MsoNormal">Cook the chicken breast till very soft ( add salt and 1 cube of chicken bourlion + garlic while cooking) – Drain it.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Use a hand mixer to shred the chicken into a bowl, (makes your job a lot easier).</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Peel and shred the carrots.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Combine chicken + carrots, mustard, herbs onion, half of the maionese. Put aside.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Take the edges of the bread(use white part only) Place in a tray or cookie sheet and make layers of bread, chicken misture, bread + chicken. The last layor will be bread. Spread the rest of the maionese and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Keep covered with foil and place in fridge till you are ready to serve.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">You can decorate it however you wish, with carrots, tomatoes or use you own creativity&#8230;</li>

<p>Bacon, Cheese &amp; Potato Chowder &#8211; This hearty soup tastes like you made it from scratch. The secret? Frozen hash browns !!!</p>
<p>Prep &#8211; 20min &#8211; Total &#8211; 30min</p>
<p>3 cups fat free milk.</p>
<p>1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup.</p>
<p>2 cups frozen Southern-Sytle hash browns.</p>
<p>1 cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese.</p>
<p>2 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled.</p>
<p>1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions.</p>
<p>Mix milk and soup in large saucepan. Stir in hash browns.  Bring to boil on high heat. stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10min.,stirring frequently.</p>
<p>Place in 6 soupl bowls.</p>
<p>Top evenly with the cheese, bacon and onions. Serve with a crusty whole grain roll or bread.</p>
<p>Warning !!! Next time you might want to double up the recipe because the first time around you will wish you had seconds&#8230;</p>
